Case Result: House Arrest & Probation. The Court granted attorney Tim Bower Rodriguez’s variance motion based upon mitigation factors cited in 18 USC 3553(a). After a 1-hour contested sentencing and despite the Government’s request that our client serve prison time, the Court sentenced our client to probation.
