Caroline Picart assists with casework including the research and writing of Appellate Briefs, Post-conviction Matters. Caroline is a distinguished scholar-lawyer who holds not only a J.D. from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she graduated cum laude, but a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Penn State and a Master’s Degree from the University of Cambridge in the U.K. She joined the Tim Bower Rodriguez federal defense team after serving as a Postgraduate Public Interest Fellow at the 8th Judicial Circuit Court, and has an impressive record of publications in legal journals. Caroline hails from the Philippines and is literate in Spanish, adding to our office’s international outlook and ability to serve a wide range of clients.
