Tim Bower Rodriguez and his legal team of Florida federal defense lawyers believe that the proof that our clients are benefited by our daily focus on federal criminal law is in the results obtained for our clients.
This page contains examples of our past experience representing clients in federal cases that involve: government dismissal based upon lack of evidence, not guilty trial verdicts, a motion to dismiss granted, a second bond motion granted, a downward variance motion granted pursuant to 3553(a), direct appeal conviction reversal of a life sentence, a 2255 motion granted, and significant sentence reductions based upon 5k1.1 motions and Rule 35 motions. In short, these case results are examples of nearly every conceivable situation that could arise in federal court.

Not Guilty Jury Verdict. Despite the plea agreement proposed by the Government as well as the risk losing at trial would result in a life sentence, attorney Tim Bower Rodriguez fought for the innocence of his client at trial. After proving that three different cooperating government witnesses were lying, the jury agreed that D.V. was not guilty. Copies of the actual jury verdict forms are below as proof that Tim Bower Rodriguez obtained a not guilty jury verdict for his client.
NOTE: The above case results are a small sample of federal results obtained by our law firm. Additional case results wherein our law firm obtained not guilty verdicts, motions granted, guideline downward departures, 3553(a) downward variances, direct appeal conviction reversals, 5k and rule 35 sentence reductions, are available upon request. Every criminal case is different and every criminal case will be evaluated and handled by our firm on its own merits.
